The True voices Saxophone Quartet, is born thanks to Claudio Zolla, holder of the italian handmade sax company Rampone & Cazzani. The purpose was that of putting together four musicians who play “R&C horns” for several years and who also have different backgrounds and musical experiences but at the same time capable of being versatile and flexible.

All four musicians play different kind of horns thus allowing the sound of the quartet to range from sopranino down to the bass saxophone and therefore give a great variety of colors enhanced by the beautifull craftmanship of the horns.
The music performed by the band is enjoyable and made up mainly by original compositions that emphasize the different personalities of the musicians of the quartet. The program includes also jazz and rock tradionals (Davis, Moondog, King Crimson, Monk, Zappa, Hendrix ) all arranged by the T.V.S.Q. members.
